30-day returns
Not right? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Original shipping fees (including express and shipping protection) are not refunded. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund returns that don't reach us.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
